When I first reached out, Bruce immediately responded back. I explained my situation and then based on some photos and measurements, he was able to provide pet doors that would fit the existing door (without needing to replace the exterior door) including a recommending a replacement pet door that I purchased. On installation day, he sent a link that showed his route so I knew exactly when he would arrive. In the process of replacing the door, Bruce noticed something wasn't quite right. He took the time to remove several screws to reset the pet door properly in its place. He was also able to replace the existing pet door without removing the back door from the frame, which saved both of us time. Bruce followed up the next day to see if the issue persisted and offered to come out again to work with the vendor to troubleshoot. I would definitely recommend Pet Door Pros.
